FE2 DIY Passive DI
The FE2’s studio-quality electronics are housed in a rugged, architectural aluminum enclosure that’s built to withstand both studio use and the road.
The FE2 features a thru jack for patching directly to an amplifier or speaker, along with a switch for selecting between instrument or amp input sources. The amp (SPKR) mode is ideal for recording older guitar and bass amplifiers that do not offer line-level outputs.
The output section features a Neutrik XLR connector and a ground lift switch for eliminating hum and unwanted noise.
