The Myburgh M1 is a hand-built, high-end large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone designed and manufactured in Berlin, Germany. Created by Andrew Myburgh in collaboration with renowned microphone designers Andreas Grosser and Eckehard Dux, the M1 blends classic tube microphone character with modern precision, linearity, and reliability.

Built around a German-made Thiersch M7 Mylar capsule and a long-life Russian military-grade vacuum tube, the M1 delivers a rich, detailed sound with exceptional balance across the frequency spectrum. Its design emphasizes natural tone, low noise, and wide dynamic range, making it suitable for vocals, acoustic instruments, room capture, and demanding studio applications.
