Products & Services
We sell a combination of physical products, digital products, software licenses, and DIY kits.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Software & Digital Products
- Software, plugins, and digital products are delivered electronically
- ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL
- Once a license, activation code, or digital product has been issued, the sale cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and eligibility prior to purchase
Educational & Academic Products
Educational pricing is available only to qualified students, educators, and institutions and is subject to manufacturer verification.
If eligibility cannot be verified by the manufacturer, the license may be revoked, cancelled, or converted to a full commercial license at the manufacturer’s discretion.
OMS Canada does not control or override manufacturer eligibility decisions.
AVID Products
AVID products are subject to strict manufacturer policies, including pricing, licensing, and verification requirements.
- Educational AVID licenses require verification by AVID
- AVID software licenses are non-refundable once issued
DIY Kits & Assembly Products
DIY kits are intended for educational and personal use.
- Assembly is the responsibility of the customer
- OMS Canada is not responsible for damage, injury, or improper assembly
- DIY kits are sold as-is and may not be returnable once opened, except where required by law
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors prior to fulfillment.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Coupons & Promotions
- Only one promotional code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
- Coupons cannot be applied retroactively
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional codes
Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions
OMS Canada maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and unauthorized transactions.
- Orders placed using stolen, compromised, or unauthorized payment methods will be cancelled immediately
- Any software licenses, activation codes, or digital products issued as part of a fraudulent transaction may be revoked without notice
- All information associated with fraudulent transactions — including customer details, transaction data, IP addresses, and issued activation codes — may be disclosed to payment processors, software manufacturers, financial institutions, and applicable law enforcement authorities
- Attempted or confirmed fraud may result in permanent account suspension and denial of future service
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines for physical products may vary. Software and digital products are typically delivered electronically shortly after purchase.
OMS Canada is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility varies by product type and is governed by our Returns Policy.
- Software and digital products are non-refundable
- Certain physical products may be returnable if unused and unopened
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on the site is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free.
