Shipping policy

We only ship to Canada and the United States. 

We ship with many carriers but always with signature required.

Anything marked 'free shipping Canada' excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut, Labrador and some outlying areas. Please contact us to find out if you qualify for free shipping. Any quoted Canadian shipping rates also excludes these areas. Please contact us for shipping rates

Anything marked 'free shipping USA' only include the continental United States
U.S. CUSTOMERS. Any quoted shipping rates for the USA only applies to the 
continental USA

Shipping depends on location.

Items shipping to the U.S. are handled by the carrier of our choice.
Shipments to the U.S. might incur customs or brokerage fees which will the responsibility of the buyer. 
Items over $2500 may require additional verification to process shipment.

If your order is wrong or has missing items please contact us immediately to rectify this.

If you notice that the packaging is damaged prior to signing for it please refuse the shipment (don’t sign for it) and contact us immediately. If you notice damage to your package after signing for it please contact us right away.
