The Soyuz 017 FET is a large-diaphragm FET condenser microphone built around Soyuz’s 017 Series capsule platform. Designed for studio-grade capture with a confident, mix-ready tonality, the 017 FET is an excellent “go-to” microphone for lead vocals, acoustic instruments, guitar cabinets, drum rooms, and sources where you want size, detail, and controlled presence without exaggerated top-end hype.

At the core of the 017 Series is Soyuz’s custom S17 capsule, featuring a hand-tuned, gold-sputtered 34mm diaphragm. The design is informed by classic large-diaphragm capsule architecture, but tuned and assembled to deliver a distinctly musical result rather than a clone of any single vintage microphone.
