Pro Tools Sales - Terms and Conditions

1. iLok Account Required
   
   To use Pro Tools, you must have an iLok account (physical or cloud). Ensure your account is set up before purchase.
   
2. Student Verification
   
   For academic discounts, AVID requires student verification through a third-party service. You will be asked to provide a valid student ID for proof of enrollment. The verification process must be completed before receiving your Pro Tools license.
   
3. No Refund Policy
   
   All Pro Tools sales are final. There are no refunds on AVID software purchases. Please ensure you meet all eligibility and system requirements before purchasing.
   
4. System Compatibility
   
   It is your responsibility to ensure that your system meets the Pro Tools requirements. OMS Canada is not responsible for incompatibility issues.
