At OMS we do our best to ensure that we provide you with the most up to date and accurate information and pricing. In the event of an error we reserve the right to cancel or edit an order to reflect any corrections. If you are unhappy with the corrections, or if you have been shipped the wrong product we will happily offer a full refund.
All new or used products can be returned within seven days with prior authorization. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in ‘as new condition’ and include all original packaging, accessories and manual(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that prior authorization for a return is required and the Outside Store reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee to any and all returns.
Returns will not be accepted on special order items, software, studio furniture and items that come in close contact with the body (microphone, windscreens, headphones, etc)
If your product should fail under the listed manufacturers warranty please contact us immediately. A copy of your receipt must accompany your returned product. The customer is responsible for the return freight, OMS is responsible for the freight back to the customer.
Warranty replacements, repairs and refunds are issued at the discretion of the product’s manufacturer.
If a product is DOA (dead on arrival) OMS will the cost of shipping to return the product. To qualify as DOA the product must fail within the first 24 hours after receipt of goods.
